Breathwork for a Balanced Life classes are offered every term (Fall, Winter, and Spring) at Portland Community College - Community Education (https://www.pcc.edu/community/). For more information or questions, contact me directly. All classes offered remotely via ZOOM. Next registration date: 8/14/25 - 7am. Classes begin 10/1/25. Wednesdays 6-7:20pm. Payment and registration done directly at https://www.pcc.edu. This is a 8-week series where we will discuss the 7 main Chakras (energy centers). A playlist will be curated to accompany an active breathwork technique. I also offer Private Breathwork classes on different topics of interest. Individual or Group Private classes can be arranged, per your request. Cost varies per class, number of students, number of sessions, etc.
