Service Description
Breathwork for a Balanced Life classes are offered every term (Fall, Winter, and Spring) at Portland Community College - Community Education (https://www.pcc.edu/community/). For more information or questions, contact me directly. All classes offered remotely via ZOOM. This is a 8-week series where we will discuss the 7 main Chakras (energy centers). A playlist will be curated to accompany an active breathwork technique. I also offer Private Breathwork classes on different topics of interest. Individual or Group Private classes can be arranged, per your request. Cost varies per class, number of students, number of sessions, etc.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment and well being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected life events can occur, requiring you to change your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request that you provide at least 24hrs notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24hrs, or no show/no call will be charged in full. You can call or text 971-990-9786, email us at info@internalblueskies.com or use the Contact page at the bottom of this website to cancel or reschedule your session. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive promptly to obtain your full session, or it may need to be rescheduled. Credit card information will be required during your booking to hold the appointment time, as well as for same day cancelations that are not rescheduled right away. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your charges may be applied to future appointments. Remote service: payment is due prior to service.
