Cancellation Policy

Your appointment and well being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected life events can occur, requiring you to change your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request that you provide at least 24hrs notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24hrs, or no show/no call will be charged in full. You can call or text 971-990-9786, email us at info@internalblueskies.com or use the Connect with Us page of this website to cancel or reschedule your session. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive promptly to obtain your full session, or it may need to be rescheduled. Credit card information will be required during your booking to hold the appointment time, as well as for same day cancelations that are not rescheduled right away. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your charges may be applied to future appointments. If you purchased a plan, you can cancel up to 24 hrs in advance, as long as you have not used any sessions yet. Remote service: payment is due prior to service.
